The Hr director called and conducted a phone interview. She immediately called back the same day and asked if i would meet in person the following week. I accepted. She and the Supervisor for the position showed me a video and shared the philosophy with me. After 2 weeks i received a call from the regional director to interview in person. I accepted and went in the same week. I was offered the job but declined due to the hr director stating that it paid 45k max but the regional director called and offered me 41K. He then told me if they paid 44k (what i was asking) that he would require me to sign a contract for 2 years and his expectations would be for me to guarentee a successful start up with their charter school (which isnt my job.) There was no flexibility and long hours.
