To ghost an interviewee is highly unprofessional and unnecessary. I would not recommend future business with this company. When asked to interview it was decided that a Skype interview would be most conductive. A date and time were set one week in advance. The day before the interview, I sent an email to confirm. No response. The day of the interview, at my desktop I waited. No response. A cancellation or any sort of correspondence would have been understood on my behalf and appreciated.
