Recruitment process and scheduling interviews was a nightmare. Past the first interview, the company interview were great. Recruiter didn’t follow up to schedule anything with me- I had to message the hiring manager for a zoom link for the call. Recruiter completely dropped the ball multiple times in the process and I truly think if I didn’t do the work to reach out and get things scheduled, I wouldn’t have been hired.
