A hard time getting application reviewed, after that very quick process, keep applying. They receive over a thousand applications in a months time, but they only choose ten to review and then possibly start the interview. Its all about the service make sure your resume is all about service.

The interview was a panel format with two interviewers and lasted well over an hour. Both interviewers seemed genuinely engaged and interested throughout the process. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer, which was disappointing given the time investment and the positive energy during the interview.

Applied online, received a call about 2 weeks after from a recruiter. She asked questions regarding my employment history, experience and my expectations (expected pay, schedule restrictions, etc). She invited me to a face to face interview at their Santa Ana location. At my second interview, We went over my work experience in more detail and answered some basic interview questions. I was also presented a member scenario and was asked how I would handle it. Received a call about a day later with an offer. If you truly love helping people, you are sure to get the job!
