The interview was simple. Responded to an ad. A few days later I got called in to come fill out an application in person. The supervisor was very friendly/laid back. A week later I was offered the job. I started two days later. No training was really needed as long as you have phlebotomy experience and considerable social skills.

went well I was very happy when I left the interview I was called back in for another interview. I went back in for another interview and it went well also.
