We had about 3-4 interviews - one was with two people at once asking us about how we would deal with students who were falling behind in their schoolwork, what type of lessons plans would we make to engage students with the material they are learning at school and other similar questions about possible scenarios for the job. We had a couple of group activities to see how we collaborate and interact with others. We had to write an essay about a time where we failed/why we want to be a scholar coach.

There is a phone interview, followed by a Video Technical Interview (technical aspect based on previous rounds and recorded responses). Then an offer is presented if you get through both rounds.
