Overall, I have had three stages of interview. Even though I was not offered for this position, still worth experience.
Most likely previous job related questions came out. It was pretty straight forward. Also Two interviewers each sections.

so far I have had the initial phone interview and the guy made me feel quite comfortable talking to him. Was like knowing him for awhile. Gave me tips and tricks on what to expect next. Was very blunt telling me it is very hard to get hired at Schwans but for a good reason.

4 rounds of interviews over the phone. All nice people to interview with and they asked very in depth questions. Not a lot of pressure and they didn't ask any weird questions. All the interviewers had lots or experience with the company so they ere helpful in answering questions.
