I receive a call from recruiter Asmita, she was very sweet and patient. I prepared for the interview, 1st Round - virtual round with their technical recruiter- explained me the position and the work requirements. also she asks some basic Java questions and informed to prepare for the next round where the pannel from CAS ,CSIM and indian Pune team will join . 2nd Round - This round was taken by 5 people asking different types of questions inclusing DSA, AWS architectures, about current projects, troubleshooting, serverless arch ,databases and many more. it lasts almost for 1 and half hour, The timing was late night at 9.30 PM IST. as the pannel was joining from different geographical areas. That round too went well, I gave almost 90% correct answers for all questiones asked so far. after a week when there was no feedback, I asked the recruiter to provide the feedback and she replied that the US pannel didnt think that I am upto the level they want. When I told her that my interview was very positive she asked me to be firm on joining the organization and she will talk again for my candidature with her head. After so many asks, finally I joined to somewhere else and then the recruiter inform that this time they are not hiring me. Quite sad, after so many questioning and witha positive feedback in the interview by interviewers dont know what happened to reject me. All the best for those who are preparing for same.
