Initially was scheduled to interview with a three person panel. The Human Resources representative led me to a conference room and said the interviewers would be here soon. After about twenty minutes she came back and introduced me to two entirely different interviewers because the original group was tied up in a live game issue. The interview was ultimately a super relaxed and informal chat.
The recruiter ghosted me after making multiple mistakes with scheduling my interview. They were not professional and seemed to not be able to do their job correctly. Doesn't seem like a pleasant company to work at.

After submitting my resume, I was contacted by a team member. he seemed to be part of the development team, rather than HR, which was nice. We had a pleasant phone conversation that was a pretty typical interview. He then forwarded me a coding test via Code Signal. This was a HUGE improvement over the "code tests" (aka free work) that other companies have been giving me.
