I talked with a recruiter and they said the job payed in the range I am looking for. I went ahead and did a in person interview. It was a pretty basic DoD cyber interview STIGS, RMF, etc. I got a offer 2 weeks later, after talking with HR they gave me a offer 50k less then what I am making now. So it was a quick decline.
