Negative experience. James, the co-founder and CEO was unprepared, and rude. Kept the interview with subjects he wanted to discuss. I suggest requesting a telephone interview before an in-person interview. It took 15 mins for someone to realize I was waiting at the front desk. All together be warned this company doesn't have it all together. Happy I was offered a position at Thermo Fisher and it wasn't for 40,000 a year.

I applied online. I received an email request for an in person interview about a month later. I went onsite for an interview to meet the team and see the lab space then received a emails after for all communication.

At the time of the interview, I lived about 1 hour from the work location. The hiring manager asked me if that would be a problem and how I planned to deal with that to be at work on time?
