A phone interview followed by a half day of one on one interviews with all the executive team members. Also got a tour of the facility and got to meet some of the other players. The interviews are conducted in each managers office behind closed doors. Not a lot of technical detail more about explaining my experiences and projects and them telling me more detail about the position. The overall experience was pleasant and non formal.
