3 rounds- HR, Hiring manager, Founder: Behavioral questions, career goals, and reasons for leaving previous roles, case studies, writing tests, or a presentation on a clinical trial. I had to write a manuscript in 3 days. Had to prepare a slide deck in 2 days. Quite fast paced, but my work was appreciated
