The interview process was great. It was fast, organized, and very professional. Communication was clear and well-informed at each step. I had a very positive experience interviewing with Scoot and would absolutely love the opportunity to work with them in the future.

Applied online and was contacted the next day to set up an interview. I did the phone interview and had a good talk with interviewer. It was an easy interview they mostly asked about me and what I was looking for. I was open to a lot and they even said they liked my experience with children and that i already had my sub permit. They said they were going to contact me later. A few days and then nothing. I follow up with an email a week later and they responded the next day saying they weren't going to onboard me with zero explanation.

Very long took forever for them to get back to you to ask basic questions. The process requires you to apply, send resume, go over credentials and then have an official interview to submit all the paperwork again and do another screening.
