The process started with an initial interview with HR, followed by a second-round interview with the VP of Marketing. The final stage consisted of three back to back interviews: one with the User Acquisition team, one with the Creative team, and one broader interview focused on overall experience.

The interview questions were fairly standard and focused on both motivation and relevant experience. Asked about interest in gaming industry, why Scopely, background in UA, performance marketing, how I collaborate with creative teams.
