The Interview process had 4 or 5 interviews, with 2 technical intreviews and an online programming test. It can take some time, but it is very well organized with emails and reminders. In the end you usualy have an interview with the CEO.

At first I have been interviewed by Agent (general interview) and they gave me 20 min test to knowledge after this interview there were 2 technical interviews online and 1 test task (deadline is 1-2 days). All technical interviews are difficult. After technical interviews I had 1 interview with Recruiter (about my background and etc) and finally had one with CEO of company. They told during interview that want to hire me. So you don't need to wait :), I know that it is very difficult to wait for response :)
