Applied online, after about a 1-2 weeks I got an email asking to set up a time for a phone interview, exchanged email numerous times, HR correspondence via email was professional and pleasant. One weird thing was there seems to be a glitch in the career site that keeps declining my application when I have yet to have my phone interview. I confirmed w/ the HR who contacted me and found out it was a mistake and put my application "under consideration" again. Happened twice though. I had a good experience but I didn't get a second interview - feedback was I didn't have any banking experience (despite my extensive customer service experience) and was recommended to get a CSR position within the bank. I had to wait a week before I found that out though; I wish HR told me at the most 3 days.

It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.

Very friendly and focused on creating a dialogue, have to go through multiple interviews so only negative is that it can take quite a while to actually get to the end with an offer
