it was a webcam interview, pretty simple, basically just asked a few behavioural questions. also had to do a quick excel test. very basic, around 20 questions. easy if you have any excel experience at all. became a bit more difficult towards the end.

They asked about educational background, work experience, and how this job fit in with my career. The manager was friendly and made me feel at ease. He asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions. Professional but also kept it light and friendly.

i was referred by one of my friend, and the process only took several days, the questions the manager asked are general and easy, no surprised and tricky questions, i felt comfortable with the whole procedure some questions are like tell me about yourself, how do you handle stress and have you ever experienced upsetting customers
