It was a face-to-face interview. The interview was not well-structured and I was not given enough opportunity to discuss my value proposition in detail. The interviewers were friendly but the interview process appeared to be rushed which made me feel a lack of interest.

Do you have experience in structuring derivative trades?
First interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. No HR screening or HR contact was given, and my first interview was scheduled by simply sending a calendar invite.
3 rounds, HR, hiring manager and then panel interview. Very pleasant and helpful individual. Smooth process but took 4 months from start to finish but expected from big organizations. Would recommend.
first was an hr call, followed by call with the hiring manager. Next was a panel interview with 4 people after which I was given a take home assignment. process took about a month
