They interviewed me for the role even though I hadn’t the experience they required. So it went downhill. I asked them to interview for the position I had experience in.

When you look at something like your traditional Scrum framework, it's very much team-centric, right? It talks about your product owner, it talks about your Scrum master, it talks about your team members. How do you see management's role in relation to those of the team?
