first you need to submit your score of test that includes multiple puzzles and problem solving activities, no resume or cover letter needed. then you complete a one way interview. you have 3 questions and one minute to prep your answer for each question, and one minute to respond. questions are fairly easy, my questions were basic and along the lines of why do you want to work for us, what qualifies you, etc

Applied online and a few days later got a call from HR and then proceeded to answer some basic questions about my past jobs, skills etc. I was told I would hear in a week if the hiring mgr wished to meet me.
