Online interview there was 4 people on the interview panel. Each person took a turn asking questions. Nice people interview went well however they offered the job to an internal candidate already working in the job so was unfortunately a waste of time and a tick box exercise for the company.

Lengthy online application, no CV required but asks twice for personal statements about how and why you are applying and may be suitable. Heard fairly quickly after the closing date about getting an interview and heard maybe a week later the outcome. Then scheduled a feedback call within a week. So overall took maybe a month from beginning to end.

Competency based interview with panel of 3 existing employees, usually a manager and a couple of other senior employees. Set number of preformulated questions, they will ask follow up questions too.
