Got to the final round of the interview. Delivered my presentation which was well received by the audience. I left with a comment from the interviewer that everything I had presented was exactly what they were looking for. However almost 4 weeks later, I receive a generic email stating that my application was unsuccessful. No feedback on my performance during the interview from the hiring manager It was just a plain generic, automated email. I am however grateful that I will not be a part of this non-professional organisation. It's no wonder they have attrition issues as their leadership clearly has no way of connecting with people.
