I met with two people for the first interview. Within 2-3 days I had scheduled another day of interviews with the Field Director and Chief Scout Executive. By the end of the week I had an offer. The process was very quick and smooth!
Usually 3 interviews- important to do research and come prepared on who is interviewing you. They like to know how you will interact with people as it’s very people facing.

Interview process moved so quickly which was awesome. Applied online through LinkedIn > first set up phone screening > after passing that had virtual interview > after moving on had in person interview > offer

2 zooms with Scout Executive and manager of program over the council. It is fairly quick. I was asked about my experience, working with volunteers, nonprofits and youth. There were benefits I explained along with pay, etc. The time commitment was totally dishonest, along with many of the other tasks.
