My first interview was conducted through a telephone call, followed by an online & coding test. The telephone interview was alright, it was calm and friendly, a lot of their questions are open-ended questions - nothing out of ordinary. It's a very slow process. It took them almost 3 months to respond to my application, and many of my requirements had significantly changed since then i.e. willingness to move etc, and I must say I have already forgotten about my application with them. I feel like the online test could be a lot better, i.e. type of questions asked are not suitable with the short amount of time you are given. The coding tests were quite interesting, although no normal human being will be able to fully analyse, understand and code solutions for 4 problems in just 35 minutes. You may be able to get away with it if you have dealt with similar problems beforehand.
