Submitted my resume, had a friend vouch for me! They called and asked where I would be available to work. I told them my location and where I'd be willing - they were kind enough to accomodate my location. We set up an in person interview, based on my credentials and background was offered a position on the spot. It was a relatively painless process.

Short video call with regional manager, then onboarding and month long training with various managers. Training involves testing and quizzes with score requirements over over 80 percent to pass and then final exam of 85 percent

Initial interview was easy as it was determining how you were as a person. After that there was an initial exam, about 20 hours of online training, and then a final exam. All of these were very straightforward, especially if you are familiar with healthcare/biology. I learned a lot just during the hiring process!

It was a quick, group process. A PowerPoint was presented to us and then we had individual interviews with basic questions and a typing test. You were asked to bring your up coming school schedule if you were a student (which people often are).
