After applying online with my resume, I had a 30 minute call with the hiring manager about the position. We discussed the job, my overall career goals, and expectations for the role. It was very straight forward and mostly focused on how being a scribe would support my future in the health care environment .

Very brief and somewhat cursory. My interviewer was nice and answered questions helpfully, but I can see how you could easily leave a scribing interview without any real understanding of what scribes do.
