Applied 3 months ago and they took some time to get back to me. Afterwards, I was called in at a local hospital and gave a fairly simple interview. They went over the company goals and what I would do as a scribe for the first 45 minutes and then asked me some personal questions. It was followed up with a test of the introductory packet.

I was asked questions like "tell me about a time you had a conflict and how you resolved it?" and more basic like how fast I type. It was easygoing and more conversational because the manager was so nice!

First had a Zoom interview where the regional manager discussed the role and then asked me how to spell a few common medical terms, and asked for definitions. After she placed me with a site manager who administered a written test after a 2 week training module that went in depth on medical procedures and diagnosis we will see in the ED. Make sure to review the terminology and you should be good.
