Interview was very easy. Had a phone interview first then was immediately given an in person interview. Phone interview was done by a recruiter, then the second interview was done by a lead scribe. Interviewer had only been working there for 8 months, did not have the experience to do a proper interview. Before the in person interview, Scribe America asks you to print and bring your application. This is a problem because the website doesn't allow for this to happen/there is no confirmation sent to your email. Through google I found that the admin posted that Scribe America does not allow you to print your application. Therefore you have to e-mail the recruiter for a copy of the application. Once at the in-person interview the interviewer tells you that you do not need a hardcopy and that they have a digital copy. The reason you are asked to bring a hardcopy is to see how well you follow directions. When you're asked for a second interview the recruiter tells you that she will e-mail you with the details. The e-mail isn't sent until days later. Overall, I would say just from the interview process the company is very unorganized and somewhat unprofessional.
