Prequalifying questions sent via email, 30 minute phone screen a few days later, two hour in person interview with project portion and meet the team portion a week later. It is a very thorough process and meeting the team was vital to my confidence in switching employers.

There was first an initial phone screening with the HR rep. Next, was a 30 minute virtual interview with several managers. Lastly, there was a second virtual interview with a different set of managers.
