Was hired over the phone, the lady sold a dream and they butchered the actual process. It was a nightmare to work for them. The lady who hired me was a quick talker and made everything seem so easy it was a nightmare.

20 minute interview, was hired at the end of the call. The lady was extremely nice. She asked me about how I would clean a house and asked me to briefly describe my previous experience. Then she asked me if I am okay to use public transit, if I can work full time/part time, etc.

You apply on the website and the interviews are all done over the phone - they ask lots of questions about cars, experience, background checks, easy things like that. The people are very pleasant.
