First interview was a lot easier than expected. Somewhat typical interview questions but a lot fewer questions than anticipated. Second interview was more of a get to know you kind of conversation.

Remote interview with two senior engineers, asked five questions overall. Were very nice and easy to talk to, gave some great background on the factory and why these roles needed to be filled immediately.

Mix of behaviour based, past experience and how it's relevant, and motivation for joining the company /pursuing the role in particular. Not overly technical. Less than 1 hour. Overall a reasonably straight forward interview

The interview process was pretty smooth. There was a panel of interviewers that consist of HR and the department head, as my potential reporting officer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for me.
