Never heard back the result so I am assuming I did not pass. But since I was directly contacted by the internal recruiter to apply for the position and had done multiple rounds of processes, I was expecting to get some form of communications at least rather than disappearing. I had two rounds of interview with this company. First round with a hiring manager and the next level manager of the team, and second round with three people from the team. The questions asked were regular behavioral questions typically used in interview process, but I was a bit surprised that the first question to start over the process was “why are you leaving the current company?”, I had an impression that exploring opportunities or seeking career growth outside might not be viewed positively at this company.
