My interview process was very long January-March. I had a first interview then got referred to the Junior Account Associate position. This process took a month and a half. I finally scheduled the second interview and the same questions were asked. They follow a questions sheet with generic interview questions. You should really know who you are, goals, example stories, and be sure of yourself.
