For context on the Figma request: we ask to see working files because, seeing how a design is structured is as important to us as how it looks. It tells us a lot about how the work will hold up for engineering in a build. Files shared during our process aren't retained and candidates' work stays their own. On feedback, we always aim to provide it, and every task is reviewed by an in-house designer. We apologise for not sharing anything beyond the rescope message. The rescope itself was genuine with the role reshaped to be more senior and strategic which is why the original posting closed and a different one went live later.
