This has truly been one of the best interview experiences I’ve had so far! HR made me feel completely at ease, and the process felt more like a genuine conversation to understand me and my experience rather than a traditional interview. She also shared insightful details about the company’s culture, such as monthly lunches and activities, which further reinforced how much the company cares about its staff. The feedback I received was incredibly detailed and constructive, and although I wasn’t offered the role, I left feeling a strong connection with Gabrielle, Guy, and Henry. They demonstrated everything I’d want in a company—an engaging, collaborative culture, a “have fun but get things done” mentality, and a commitment to recognition and personal growth. I would absolutely be keen to apply again for a BDM or CSM role in the future at Searchland, as it’s clear this is a company that genuinely supports and values its employees.

First two stages were the normal meeting and greet and the internal recruiter was lovely! Progressed to meeting the ‘right hand man’ to the two founders who gave me all 90 seconds of his time. He came across very arrogant and didn’t allow me to answer any questions I was told to prep for. Big waste of time for all involved
