after submitting the online app they email quickly asking you to attend an interview in the HR office with the operations manager. The process is very quick and the interview was very easy, not intimidating at all. They mainly ask about how well you handle stress and how you interact with people. you pretty much draw from real life situations.

Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
