I was called in for an interview and asked to fill out several documents and take several surveys online, including a psychological profile. It wasn't unexpected, but I was asked about working the holidays. I did not get the job because I had other responsibilities that prevented me from working two weeks during the holidays.
pretty simple throughout the process , it wasnt that bad , regular simple questions they ask at every interview. such as situational questions and personality questions that they ask at all retail jobs.
