Applied online; the manager called the next day
Called me and set up an interview three days after phone call
During the interview the manager walked me around the store and asked me about the different departments like tools, mattresses, clothing
Hired after the interview
Paperwork and background check took a week to get back
Easy interview, they asked basic soft skill questions and put an emphasis on selling credit cards. Originally only a seasonal position, but I did well enough that they hired me full time. There is a high turn over rate though.

Interview was extremely easy. Looking for someone for the holidays for a temporary position but was hired on due to high credit card sales. Interviewer asked basic situational questions and some behavioral questions as well.

Was asked to arrive at a given time. There were 10+ other people scheduled for that time. I was 2nd in line, so I stayed, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time.
