Staffing agency contacted me to schedule a panel/group interview. 4 applicants including myself were placed in front of 4 Buyers during the interview process. A variety of questions were asked such as, "What was a difficult situation you were able to turn around?" or "How do you go about working with different personalities than your own?" After the panel/group interview, if any of the Buyers liked you, they would call your name for an individual interview right then and there.

With so many other companies, why did you choose Sears Holdings Corporation?
The interview was quick and it was in a group setting. There were about eight of us and someone from human resources asking the questions. They selected some of us to be sales associates, or cashiers, and the others of us went to be merchandise assistants
