simple interview, the guy interviewing was demotivated by Sears and was clearly looking for jobs himself - he almost told me that. He couldn't care about the company. We chatted 2 mins on Sears and 28 minutes on my hometown and the Bulls. Now that I have worked here for so long, I dont blame him at all.
