The company does a great job of explaining the job, and interviewing talent. That said, what is presented is NOT reality. I have a friend who wound up taking the position after I declined. She and I discussed the job in detail, and after a month of being on the job she told me she was ready to quit. What was described, is NOT reality. The entire group is a deck of loose cannons. No direction or leadership. No vision beyond "Eddies".
