First was a quick 30 minute interview there was minimal structure in the initial interview after, I received an offer immediately after the interview. Orientation was next before starting a few days later.

Casual, laid back conversation about previous work experience and hypothetical customer situations. Very relaxed. It was what you’d expect for the position and I wouldn’t stress about it in the least

What kind of customer service experience do you have?
Simple and brief. Wanted to hire right away. Didn’t ask any additional questions or anything off of the online application. Very quick, offered the hourly rate right then snd there.
