interview with multiple PM's and senior people up to VP. two visits to Hoffman Estates which is out in the middle of nowhere. No Train station near and over an hour in traffic to commute from down town Chicago. Phone interview to start with incredibly nice and efficient HR people. The best part of the company.

Obvious the managers were not very skilled. keenly focused on whether you actually did the work.
What was your process, What did you do, how did you do it. Asking questions about things they were not good at.
Really good indication this company will not succeed.

Intense but I didn’t like it. The travel was too intense and they didn’t offer any breakfast or lunch. So I left as soon as I got there. Next time I will get valet
