Very laid back. They hire just about anyone. Just show up somewhat respectable. Be professional and you will be fine. They are always looking for new people to come in.

I had one interview and it was easy. I had a quick phone call with the manager who then invited me to come interview in person. They asked about my past experiences and why I think I would make a good fit to the team. I started on the job the next week.
