Applied online 2 weeks later got called for an interview. I was apllying for the hardware department so the Hardware manager interviewed me. After the interview I got an email saying I needed to take a drug test then a day later got called in for the job. Just be honest with the interviewer, they will notice if you are making stuff up.

Easy. I went to the store, I spoke to an associate for directions and she through I was a company lawyer so I overdressed. The interview was straight to the point as if I was already hired.
