Laid back relaxed, with relevant questions pertaining to the position as well as questions on my motivation for applying. I was an internal hire so my capabilities were already known. A person in that position must be trusted so I think a lot of it was just feeling me out.

It was really hectic they ask you a lot of questions about yourself. Like why do you want to work for sears? When was a time you had to lead a group of people? When was a time you had to complete tasks but you didn't have enough time?
