One on one interview that consisted of multiple questions based on character and eventually a sales pitch that involves selling a random object within the room. Job offer was given on the spot and accepted right then and there .

Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
