I received an email telling me that they liked my resume and to select a time to talk. I emailed with my availability and then when they called they asked me the normal interview questions and then i was asked to come in for a one on one. I was offered job but the pay was horrible.

Colloquio
I applied via online site, and then received a call for a brief phone interview. Offered to travel to locaiton for interview and personally meet. Spent a couple days in store to observe and slightly work with team.
