I had a phone interview with their contracted HR representative and then a panel interview with 5 people from different areas of the organization. The phone screen was very standard and asked questions like, why do you think you are a good fit for this position, describe your past experience with managing projects, etc. The panel interview was a bit disorganized and it was clear that the panel was just reading questions off of a sheet and were not very invested in the responses. They asked me to role play negotiating with a partner company but they wanted me to play all of the roles so it wasn't a useful exercise.
